​Constellation City, a vibrant hub of art, culture, and community, is committed to ensuring a safe and sustainable environment for all.

 

To uphold this commitment, we have established a set of regulations designed for the well-being of our community and the preservation of our natural surroundings. Adherence to these regulations is essential.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Fuel Storage
  • Fuel Tanks Must Have a Secondary Containment System (110% Capacity)

  • All liquid fuel containers must be kept outside of enclosed vehicles and tents

  • All liquid fuel containers must be stored within a secondary leak-proof spill containment container capable of holding at least 110% of the total content of all fuel containers should any of them fail.

Spill Management

  • In the event of any fluids leaking from vehicles or generators, they must be caught within a container or tarp.

  • If the fluids spill directly onto the playa (ground), the affected playa must be removed by the vehicle owner or the nearest camper.
