A 3-day, 2-night forest camping festival experience in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California
PROJECT EVENT MISSION
Restore the human bond with nature through direct immersion.
Inspire creation through art, meals, and shared experience.
Cultivate third spaces where authentic connection and cultural regeneration can thrive.
Practice care and ecological respect through leaving no trace and doing no harm.
The Everywhen Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds temporary, intentional communities in resonant, meaningful places.
We gather to create living villages shaped by art, story, shared meals, and ecological care. Our communities are co-created by artists, builders, musicians, facilitators, and patrons who come together to cultivate third spaces—places outside of home and work where authentic connection and cultural regeneration can thrive.
Everywhen in the Woods unfolds beneath the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Through long-table dinners, guided Night Walks, immersive art installations, live music, storytelling, workshops, and collaborative meals, the landscape becomes a living gallery and a shared home.
We provide coordination, shared infrastructure, and stewardship so creators can focus on what matters: building beauty, nurturing the spirit, and restoring the human bond with nature through direct immersion.
All Everywhen gatherings are guided by our core commitments:
Build Community
Nourish the Spirit
Tell Tall Tales
Leave No Trace
Do No Harm
We gather to co-create a living village—one that exists for a time, leaves only footprints and legends, and reminds us what is possible when we build together.
