Everywhen ’23 returns to Constellation City in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert for a weeklong celebration of art, music, community, and desert magic. Artist Spotlight: Steve Deol (Coywolf) and the IKP
Engineer-turned-artist Steve Deol, known as Coywolf, brought humor and irreverence to Constellation City 2022 with his playful installation, the Insane Karen Posse (IKP). Through satire, storytelling, and an “Incident Reporting Station,” he invited participants to laugh, reflect, and co-create tall tales—while honoring Leave No Trace and the spirit of creative freedom in the Black Rock Desert.
