Constellation City returns to Nevada’s Black Rock Desert for our 4th annual Everywhen Project gathering—July 3–9, 2024. Guided by community feedback and our Fall and Winter Summits, this year features a redesigned 80-acre city plan, a refined mission and ethos, and an expanded lineup of ceremonies, workshops, and immersive art experiences designed to build community, nourish the spirit, and spark transformation.

Artist Spotlight: Steve Deol (Coywolf) and the IKP
Engineer-turned-artist Steve Deol, known as Coywolf, brought humor and irreverence to Constellation City 2022 with his playful installation, the Insane Karen Posse (IKP). Through satire, storytelling, and an “Incident Reporting Station,” he invited participants to laugh, reflect, and co-create tall tales—while honoring Leave No Trace and the spirit of creative freedom in the Black Rock Desert.
